Covid-19: Dhaka, Rangamati dists identified as red zones

Amid rising coronavirus (Covid-19) cases and fatalities, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has identified Dhaka and Rangamati districts of the country as red zones.
Besides, other six districts— Jashore, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Lalmonirhat, Nator and Rangpur— have been identified as yellow zones and 54 districts as green zones. On the other hand, very poor number of Covid-19 tests have been carried out in another two districts— Panchagarh and Bandarban.
The DGHS revealed the information after analyzing last one-week data.
12.9 percent of Covid-19 infection rate has been reported in the capital while 10 percent in the Rangamati district, according to the DGHS.
