Virtual trial will begin again: Chief Justice

Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique has that said the courts will start virtual system again due to the ongoing surge of Covid-19 infections.

The chief justice said this while conducting a full bench of the Appellate Division on Tuesday morning.

13 judges and many staff of the Supreme Court and lower courts have been infected with Covid-19 and therefore, the court functions might be run virtually, he said.
