Covid-19: Bangladesh reports 20 more deaths

Bangladesh reported 20 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 28,308 across the country so far.

Besides, some 15,440 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 17,62,771 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Friday (January 28).

Alongside, as many as 1,326 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,62,369, the release said.
