Bangladesh logs 6 Covid-19 deaths, 718 new cases in 24 hrs

Bangladesh registered six deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, raising the national toll to 29, 359 across the country so far.

However, some 718 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 20,22,408 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (September 26).

Alongside, as many as 436 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 19,63,308, the release said.
