Probe report in PBI Chief’s case on Nov 6

A Dhaka court has fixed November 6 for filing the investigation report against four people including former police superintendent Babul Akhtar and Elias Hossain, in the case filed by Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) Chief Banaj Kumar Majumder.

Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Abu Bakar Siddique fixed the date on Wednesday (September 28).

Earlier, the Police Bureau of Investigation chief Banaj Kumar Majumder has filed a case against former superintendent of police Babul Akter and three other people under Digital Security Act.

PBI Dhaka Metro (North) superintendent of police (SP) Md Jahangir Alam lodged the case on behalf of the PBI Chief on Tuesday (September 27).
