‘Evaly customers to get their money back from November’

The members of newly formed board of Evaly have announced that Evaly`s server will be reopened soon. Customers can now order products online. Besides, refunds of customers` withheld money will be started from November 1.

Wishing anonymity, an official of the e-commerce platform confirmed the matter to risingbd.

Sources said, the server of Evaly will be started within October 15. By November 1, the customer's stuck money in escrow from June 2021, will be refunded. Of them, the SSL Commerce Bank deposit, will be refunded between November 1 to November 30.

The Evaly’s money in all mobile banking system including BKash, Rocket will be refunded from November 15 to December 15. However, refunding of Nagad gateway would take little bit more time, according to Evaly sources.

The business model of Evaly will be COD (Cash on Delivery) and PnP (Pick and Pay). Only these two systems will continue.

Earlier on September 21, the five members board of directors led by Justice Manik, resigned from the post in compliance with the High Court directions.
