Govt will not allow BNP to create chaos: Hasan Mahmud

Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud has said BNP wants to create chaos in the name of holing a rally at Nayapaltan but the government will not allow them to create any chaos in the country.

The minister said this while talking to journalists after visiting the Prime Minister’s rally venue at Pologround in Chattogram on Saturday noon.

“BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said yesterday the rally will be held at Nayapaltan. Basically, their main aim is to create chaos and make the country unstable”, the minister said.

Dr. Hasan Mahmud said, “BNP has been allowed to hold a rally at the Suhrawardy Udyan. They will hold their rally at Nayapaltan in a bid to create chaos but the government will not allow them to create such”.
