Bangladesh logs two Covid-19 deaths in 24hrs

Bangladesh registered two deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 29,450 across the country so far.

However, some 75 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 20,39,714 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (June 5).

Alongside, as many as 38 Covid patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 20,06,395, the release said.
