2 Juba League leaders suspended over attack on UNO

Juba League, the youth wing of Awami League, has expelled two of its Ghoraghat unit leaders over their involvement in the attack on UNO Wahida Khanam.

The suspended Juba League leaders are – Upazila Juba League convener Jahangir Alam and member Asadul Haq.

A letter signed by Juba League Chairman Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash confirmed the matter on Friday (September 4).

Earlier, Asadul Haque, the member of local Jubo League unit arrested over attacking Dinajpur’s Ghoraghat Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Wahida Khanam, confessed to his involvement in the incident.
