Setting buses on fire as part of BNP’s blueprint: Quader

Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has alleged that BNP set buses on fire at separate places in the capital on Thursday as part of their blueprint.
The Awami League general secretary came up with the statement during a press conference held at the party chief's Dhanmondi office on Friday.
“BNP has been malpracticing in politics for a long time. Yesterday's fire incidents are just another manifestation. They are trying to create chaos by pushing the country towards anarchy through arson,” Quader said.
In 2014 and 2015, BNP and its ally Jamaat-e-Islami unleashed a reign of vandalism and arson and carried out subversive acts, killing many people. Thursday’s fire incidents were similar to the incidents, he said.
