AL announces candidates for 3 vacant seats

Awami League has announced candidates for the upcoming by-polls to three vacant parliamentary constituencies.

Aga Khan Mintu has been selected for Dhaka-14, Habibur Rahman for Sylhet-3 and Abul Hashem Khan for Cumilla-5.

A press release signed by Awami League Office Secretary Biplob Barua said this on Saturday.

Earlier, Awami League Parliamentary Board took the decision at a meeting held at Ganobhaban with the board president and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.

The by-polls will be held on July 28.
