DHAKA, Dec 14: After a nine-month brawl against a world famous military force (Pakistan), we achieved independence 42 years ago in 1971. But our long awaited economic freedom is untouched till now. The major problems of Bangladesh are unemployment and poverty. A comprehensive employment is essential to overcome this situation, and to Farhana Lucky, another name of this initiative is Second Liberation War.

Lucky, a young entrepreneur is working to eliminate poverty with her business idea through online media free of cost. Not only Bangladesh, the idea is unique in the whole world.

Farhana Lucky Managing Director & CEO at www.luckyideabd.com, shared many things on the ‘Second Liberation War’ -- the economic freedom, with risingbd.com.

Farhana Lucky said, “Creating scope of employment for a large number of unemployment people of Bangladesh is quite impossible dream till now. But it is possible to solve the problem if we try to be businessman in a large scale. We can start business with a little amount of investment. It is not true that a large amount of funds is needed to start a business. One can start his or her business with only Tk 100 and this little fund can turn him or her into a businessman of Tk 100 crore.”

Poor people of the world including Bangladesh and African countries can take any business idea free of cost through web page, which is open for all, she informed the risingbd.

Citing her conception, she said the idea is an ancient and it is clear that one can meet up the necessity of another one and all are businessmen in this way. In another way, all works of the world is business. So, if all are businessmen then they will be self-reliance. As for example, industry is in every home of Taiwan. China and Japan are progressing fast because of cottage industry. We hope that cottage industry will expand in every home in Bangladesh. It can be a vegetable farming, a tea shop or a shop for making and selling cake.

Lucky dreams a self-reliant and prosperous Bangladesh and said, “May all working people become businessmen. We will make products for all over the world. If all of us make products, that will be little considering the demand of the whole world. So, Bangladesh can be an important country of active people in the globe.”

Men are creative being from younger to older – this idea can turn them into a richest in the world. Job is a kind of dependence, because of this, Lucky’s online portal has launched its journey before six months ago with a slogan of ‘Be your boss’, she said.

She has urged the country’s young brilliants not to seek jobs and to be disappointed. Be courageous and try to take good ideas that will change your future, she added.

Interested people from about 50 countries in the world are visiting the site providing their valued suggestions. They welcome the initiative of Bangladesh with request of translation through different languages, she mentioned.

At present, the webpage carries a total of 350 business ideas including the demand of the country’s people, capital and possibilities in Bangla and English languages seeking researchers of new ideas in this context. The business ideas include the fields of agriculture, cottage industry, education, information technology (IT), media, fashion, engineering, printing etc.

The world’s first ever business idea also carries the clear conception of profit with amount of investment, production of goods and information of its marketing process.

The visitors will learn how to farm vegetables at a veranda of a flat, how to make pearl from scale of fish and how to produce power from leaves of natural herbs. It also includes the investment plan of from Tk 5,000 to Tk 500 crore with ideas from Tk 50,000 to Tk 50 lakh considering the real picture of Bangladesh.

The eight-member young research team led by Farhana Lucky is working for not only unemployment people, but also those who are in services and want to do something for their leisure time. Everybody can share his or her plan through registration in new business web portal.

“I hope Bangladesh can make example with others in the world and once upon a time, her people will be solvent financially. Running after jobs will be stopped. Only hard work and devotion to work can change the man and ensure them economically secured,” promising Lucky said.
