Ministry seeks info on 50 institutions that made zero pass rate

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education under the Ministry of Education has sought a list of the 50 educational institutions that made zero pass rate in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations of 2022.

A source associated with the education ministry confirmed the information on Saturday (February 18).

General education boards have been asked to send the list of those educational institutions, according to the source.

When asked, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education Mizanur Rahman said, “Nothing can be said at this moment about the action being taken against the educational institutions that made zero pass rate in the HSC and its equivalent examinations. We are collecting information about those institutions. Higher authority will take action against them.”
