Bangladesh cricketers not to get NOC for LPL

The Lankan Premier League (LPL) is scheduled to be held in November. Foreign cricketers will participate in the franchise tournament of the island nation.
According to media reports, Shakib, Tamim and Mahmudullah are on the list of foreign cricketers of LPL.
However, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hassan Papon said that he does not see any possibility for Bangladesh cricketers to play in LPL.
He especially said about Shakib that he (Shakib) would not be able to play in any domestic tournament until his ban is lifted. He will be able to do everything after October 29. As we are starting a league, he will play here.
The coronavirus situation is much under control in the island nation of Sri Lanka. So, the country’s cricket board had planned to bring the opening ceremony of the Lankan Premier League on August 28. But they had to withdraw the plan as they did not get green signal from the government. According to the new schedule, the Lankan Premier League (LPL) will begin on November 14. The tournament will end on December 6.
