Salam Murshedy beats Aslam by 47 votes

Abdus Salam Murshedy has beaten Sheikh Mohammad Aslam by 47 votes, becoming senior vice president of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) again.

He got 91 votes while Sheikh Mohammad Aslam secured got 44 votes.

Meanwhile, Kazi Salahuddin has been re-elected Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) president, for the fourth time in a row.

A total of 135 out of 139 councilors cast their votes to elect the next executive committee of the BFF for the next four years. Salahuddin got the highest 94 votes while two other candidates, Badal Roy got 40 votes while Shafiqul Islam Manik 1.

Salahuddin has been the BFF boss for 12 years now, and will once again anchor the country’s football boat for four more years.
