Pakistan U-19 cricket team`s tour of Bangladesh postponed

Bangladesh is devastated by the second wave of coronavirus pandemic. The number of infections is increasing every day. The Pakistan U-19 cricket team's tour to Bangladesh has been called off.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) jointly took the decision.

BCB Game Development Division Manager AEM Kawsar confirmed the matter.

Considering Covid-19 situation, “We have postponed the series. After the Eid-ul-fitr we will try to organize the series if coronavirus situation improves.”

The Pakistan U-19 team was originally scheduled to fly out to Dhaka from Lahore on Sunday (April 11) for three ODI matches.
