Indonesian submarine goes missing with 53 crews

An Indonesian military submarine with 53 people on board has gone missing.
The German-made submarine is thought to have disappeared in waters about 60 miles (96km) off the coast of Bali province on Wednesday (April 21) morning local time.
Indonesia is seeking help from neighbouring Australia and Singapore in the hunt, according to the country’s military chief.
“We are still searching in the waters of Bali, 60 miles (96 km) from Bali, (for) 53 people,” military chief Hadi Tjahjanto told Reuters in a text message.
