Bangladesh have scored 253 runs losing four wickets at stumps on day one against Pakistan during their first Test at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Friday (November 26).

After 85 overs, Liton Das was unbeaten on 113 while Mushfiqur Rahim was batting on 82. The duo guides the team after a horrific display in the morning session losing 4 wickets for just 69 runs.

The 205-run partnership of Liton and Mushfiq propelled Bangladesh to score the handsome run.

Earlier, opener Saif Hassan fell for 14 runs in the fifth over after skipper Mominul Haque won the toss and elected to bat.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali, Faheem Ashraf and Sajid Khan took one wicket each.
