Bangladesh: 365 & 149/5
Sri Lanka: 506
So after striking within the first hour this morning, with Rajitha removing Mushfiqur, Shakib Al Hasan joined Liton at the crease and the pair have counterpunched in exquisite fashion and taken Bangladesh to lead on the final day of their series-deciding Test against Sri Lanka in Mirpur on Friday.
Shakib hit his half century in just 61 deliveries. Later, Litton also hit half century.
As for Sri Lanka, the story has been much the same as the first innings, with the spinners releasing the pressure built by the seamers.
Praveen Jayawickrama in particular has been poor, even if Ramesh Mendis and Dhananjaya de Silva have shown more control. Regardless Sri Lanka will need more from their spinners if they're to force a result here. Meanwhile, Liton Kumar Das has crossed 2000-run mark.
Mushfiqur, who scored an unbeaten 175, departed after a 39-ball 23 in the first hour of the fifth day's play.
