Bangladesh set a 257-run target for Zimbabwe in the third and final ODI of the three-match series to escape whitewash at the Harare Sports Club in Harare on Wednesday (August 10).
Bangladesh, thanks to 85 runs of Afif Hossain, scored 256 runs by losing nine wickets in 50 overs.
Afif (not out) hit 85 runs off 81 balls with six boundaries and two over-boundaries.
Anamul Haque smashed 76 runs from 71 balls with six boundaries and four over-boundaries.
Mahmudullah Riyad scored 39 runs and Tamim Iqbal posted 19 runs.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz bagged 14 runs and Taijul Islam scored 5 runs.
Meanwhile, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mushfiqur Rahim, Hasan Mahmud and Mustafizur Rahman scored duck in the match.
For Zimbabwe, Brad Evans and Luke Jongwe got wickets each.
