10 hurt in BCL infighting at Comilla Medical College

Comilla Correspondent: At least 10 activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), a front organisation of ruling Awami League (AL), were injured in an intra-party clash over establishing supremacy on Comilla Medical College campus early Friday.
According to sources, supporters of two former presidents of the BCL Comilla Medical College unit -- Abdul Hannan and Habibur Rahman – locked into clash at Sheikh Russell hostel around 2:30am.
Two of the injured, Irfanul and Taufiq Ahmed, both fifth year students of the college, were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in a critical condition. The rest of the injured were being treated at Comilla Medical College.
No case has been lodged in this connection yet.
