101 BNP men sued in Satkhira

Satkhira Correspondent, Satkhira: 101 BNP leaders and activists were sued on charge of acts of sabotage in Alipur check post area under Sadar upazila of the district.

Among the accused, around 61 persons were identified while the rests remain unidentified in the case.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mostafizur Rahman of Sadar Police Station said that the accused were trying to commit act of sabotage in the area. On information, police rushed to the spot and detained four people including Alipur union BNP president Ataur Rahman. Meanwhile, various types of equipments of sabotage activities were seized from their possession.

Later, Sub-inspector Raich Sharif of sadar police station filed the case mentioning 61 names.
