109 institutions record 100% failure rate in SSC exams

Senior Correspondent: A total of 109 educational institutions have registered 100 percent failure rate in this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations.
The education minister Nurul Islam Nahid made the disclosure while announcing SSC result officially from his secretariat on Sunday noon.
Nahid said, "In the last year’s exams, 93 institutions recorded 100 percent failure rate. But, this year the number reached 109."
He also said all the students of 757 educational institutions under madrasa board have passed.
Two secretaries of education ministry, chairmen of several education boards and others attended the press conference.
