3 RMG workers killed in Cumilla road crash

Cumilla Correspondent: Three garment workers were killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Chattogram highway under Chouddhagram upazila of Cumilla on Monday.
The deceased are identified as Nasima Aktar, 36, Tanzina Aktar, 28 and Kajol Begum, 32.
Chauddogram Mia Bazar Highway police outpost in-charge Manzurul Haque said, “A police van of Police Bureau Investigation (PBI) carrying additional police super Moniruzzaman, ran over and killed the three pedestrians around 5:30pm.
Meanwhile, 8/9 more women workers also received injuries. The injured were sent to Cumilla Medical College Hospital.
