4 members of Neo-JMB held in Bogra

Bogra Correspondent: Police detained four suspected members of banned militant outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) including its northern region's military unit chief, from Mokamtola area of Shibganj upazila in the district.

The law enforcers detained them around 1:00pm on Thursday. 

The detainees are Neo-JMB military unit chief for northern part of the country Babul Aktar alias Babul Master, Shura council member Delowar Hossain alias Mistri and other active two members - Alamgir alias Arif and Afzal alias Limon.

Meanwhile, police also seized a 9mm pistol, 15 rounds of bullets, a magazine and four sharp weapons.

Confirming the matter, Bogra Additional Superintendent of Police Sanatan Chakrabarti told risingbd.com that details will be disclosed later.
