Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have arrested a suspected leader of JMB and three members of Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT).
In a drive, RAB arrested top JMB leader Shayekh Kamal Hossain (45) from the capital’s Kakrail area.
In another drive, RAB-11 arrested three suspected members of ABT from Rupganj upazila on Friday night.
The arrestees are Rezaur Rahman alias Shawon alias Sohel Hasan (27), Mobarak Hossain alias Masud (33) and Md Abu Raihan Chowdhury (28).
The elite force members also recovered arms, bullet, jihadi books and leaflet from their possession.
The details were revealed at a press briefing on Saturday noon.
