5 Neo-JMB men put on remand

Staff Correspondent: The Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrates Court granted a two-day remand for five members of banned extremist outfit neo-Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yasmin passed the order on Tuesday.
Earlier, Investigation Officer (IO) Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-10 ASP Rezaul Karim produced them before the court seeking 10 days remand.
The accused are- Wali Jaman alias Oli, 28, Anwarul Alam alias Anwar, 29, Saleh Ahmed alias Shish, 22, Abul Kashem, 27 and Mahsin alias Mohon, 20.
On March 20, the law enforcers detained the neo-JMB members from Jatrabari and Uttar Badda with Jihadi books and explosives.
