5 dead in Chittagong landslide

Staff Correspondent: At least five people including three children of two families have been killed in a landslide in the district.
The incident took place early Friday in Chhalimpur area under the district’s Sitakunda upazila.
Sitakunda UNO Nazmul Islam Bhuiyan confirmed the matter.
The deceased were identified as Bibi Fatema (35), wife of Mohammad Rafiq Uddin, her son Yunus (7), Rabeya Begum (25), wife of Kamal Uddin, and her daughters Lamia Akhter (7) and Samia Akhter (2).
The landslide caused by heavy rain, according to sources.
