Staff Correspondent, Khulna: Nine out of 11 accused in a case of war crimes filed with Dumuria Police Station have been arrested.
They were arrested in separate drives in Khulna and Dhaka till Friday morning. Seven people were arrested from Khulna and two from Dhaka.
The case was filed with Dumuria Police Station (no. 75) on January1, 2017.
The arrestees are Abdur Rahim (68), Shamsur Rahman (75), Jahan Ali Biswas (67), Md. Shahjahan (68), Karim Sheikh (68), Abu Bakr (67) and Rowshan Ali Gazi (72).
All the accused hailed from different villages of Dumuria upazila of Khulna.
