ACC finally sues Faridpur SP, his wife

Staff Correspondent: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) finally filed a case against Faridpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Suvash Chandra Saha and his wife Rina Chowdhury under Money Laundering Act.

Abdul Wadud, Assistant Director of the District ACC's office coordinated with Dhaka, filed the case with Bangsal Police Station in the capital on Tuesday, after a month of ACC approval.

ACC nodded approval for the case on September 11 as the graft body found illegally earned Tk 8.5 crore in 19 accounts of One Bank of the accused.
