ACC grills Sinha's elder brother

M A Masum: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) grilled Narendra Kumar Sinha, the elder brother of former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha over an allegation that he accumulated a huge amount of illegal wealth.

A special team of the watchdog primarily interrogated Narendra Kumar Sinha on Wednesday.

ACC director Syad Iqbal Hossain led the ACC team while ACC Assistant Director Md Gulshan Anwar Pradhan worked as deputy. However, the ACC team denied to make any comment in this regard.

Wishing anonymity, a top official of ACC said, ACC got information that Narendra Kumar Sinha, the elder brother of former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha accumulated a huge amount of wealth. The supervisory body ACC found evidence that a Surendra Kumar Sinha's brother is the owner of a ten-storied building in capital's Uttara sector-4.
