Actor Razzak laid to eternal rest

Staff Correspondent: Actor Razzak was laid to eternal rest at Banani Graveyard in the city on Wednesday morning.
The legendary actor who was popularly known as Nayak Raj Razzak was buried around 10:00am.
His second Namaz-e-Janaza of actor Razzak was held at Azad mosque in the capital's Gulshan on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier, the body was taken to the Shaheed Minar premises around 12:23pm on Tuesday where people from all walks of life paid their last respects.
Awami league General Secretary Obaidul Quader, Information minister Hasanul Haq Inu and secretary of the ministry paid their tributes to the iconic actor.
Besides, a lot of artistes, his co-workers including Renowned film personality Gazi Mazharul Anwar, Alamgir, Suchanda, Babita, Champa, Ferdous and fans from across the country paid their respects.
On Monday evening, Nayak Raj Razzak passed away at the capital's United Hospital following heart attack.
