Senior Correspondent: Awami League general secretary, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said the government take all out measures for treatment of all Bangladeshi survivors of Nepal plane crash.

The Minister came up with the assurance while he visited three survivors, who were brought home, at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Friday.

Quader said, “We will take all measures to make recover the injured. It was a tragic incident. Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shahjahan Kamal flew for Nepal just after the accident. We are trying our best to make recover the survivors. The government is always beside the country’s people.”

All the bodies will be brought back to the country soon, Quader said, adding the government is working on this.

"It was a bit late to bring back the bodies. DNA testing was a bit delayed because of their (Kathmandhu) manpower crisis. But now this problem has been solved as we sent our team there. The bodies will be brought back to the country quickly," he said.

On Monday, a US-Bangla plane veered off the runway at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal leaving 51 people, including 26 Bangladeshis, dead.
