All set for Eid

Staff Correspondent: Eid ul-Fitr, the biggest religious festival for the Muslims, is knocking at the door as the vacation is going to be started from Sunday. The Muslims are ready to celebrate the Eid on Monday subjected to appearing the moon on Sunday.
All preparations have already been taken to observe the festival peacefully. All the grounds for Eid prayers have already been prepared with initiatives of the government and non-government.
Special security measures have been taken for people across the country including the capital Dhaka.
On Sunday evening, the national moon sighting committee will hold a meeting in this regard. If the moon of Arabic month "Shaowal" is seen, the Muslims of the country will observe their biggest festival religious on the following day.
The main Eid jamaat will be held at the national Eidgah ground at 8:30am on Eid day if the weather goes well, according to Islamic Foundation sources.
