‘All works of Ijtema to be done under admin supervision’

Secretariat Correspondent: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said arrangement of holding Ijtema is running. All works of Ijtema will be completed under the supervision of administration.

The Minister told this to the reporters after a meeting with leaders of two factions at the Secretariat on Sunday.

Kamal said, “Cleaning the ground and all utility works will be done under the supervision of Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) mayor Jahangir Alam, State Minister for Sports Jahid Ahsan Rasel, Divisional Commissioner and Gazipur Deputy Commissioner (DC). However, discussion is running over how the rest works of the Ijtema will be completed.

Ijtema will be held on February 15 to 17, he said.
