Staff Correspondent: Attorney General Mahbubey Alam has brought an allegation against a High Court bench led by Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury for changing a verdict.
On Thursday, the allegation was raised by the Attorney General at the appellate bench of Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain.
He brought accusation against Justice Salma Masud that she changed the verdict in a writ case regarding the loan of National Bank, by issuing decree illegally.
Mahbubey Alam, senior lawyers Khondokar Mahbub Hossain, Fida Kamal, Rokon Uddin Mahmud and others advised to lodge a complaint against Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury to the President.
