Annual exams, admission to be completed before polls

Secretariat Correspondent: The annual school examinations and admission will be rescheduled following the upcoming National Parliamentary Election.

Education Ministry directed the authority concerned to complete the annual examinations within the first week of December. Besides, the admission of government high school will be completed within second week of that month.

Ministry sources said the change in examination schedule is brought due to the next election.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan, Directorate of Secondary & Higher Education said that discussion took place to release the teachers from academic tasks due to the election. That’s why the government schools have brought a change in the annual examination scheduled already.
