Another Ashulia gas cylinder blast victim dies

Staff Correspondent: Another man, who sustained burn injuries in a gas cylinder explosion in Jamtola area of Ashulia, has died.

Arab Ali Tarafdar, 45, died at the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 10.45pm on Monday.

The number of death toll has reached two.

Earlier, Arab Ali Tarafdar’s wife Hasina Akhter, 40, died at the burn unit on Friday morning.

At least five people, including a child and two women, sustained burn injuries in a gas cylinder explosion in Jamtola area of Ashulia, an outskirt of capital, on Friday morning.

Later, the injured were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
