Arrest warrant against Salauddin, 18 others

Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court has issued arrest warrant against 19 people including BNP leader Salauddin Ahmed in a case filed under explosive act with Jatrabari Police Station.

Dhaka Metropolitan judge Kamrul Hasan Mollah passed the order after taking charges in cognisance in the case on Tuesday.

Alongside, the court also fixed April 2 to submit report over the development of arrest.

Tapos Kumar Pal, additional prosecutor of the court, confirmed the news.

The arrest warrant includes BNP leader Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, Maruf Kamal Khan Sohel, Azizul Bari Helal, Saiful Islam Nirob, Mir Sorafot Ali Sopu.

However, BNP leader Amanullah Aman secured bail after surrendered before the court on the day.
