Anamul, Sunzamul in, Taskin, Soumya out

Sports Reporter: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming Tri-nation starting on January 15 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur.

Chief Selector Minhazul Abedin Nannu announced the squad at a press conference in the city on Sunday noon.

Pacer Taskin Ahmed and opener Soumya Sarker have been taken out.

Bangladesh  Squad: Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (captain), Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Nasir Hossain, Imrul Kayes, Sabbir Rahman, Mustafizur Rahman, Rubel Hossain, Mehidy Hassan Miraz, Anamul Hoque Bijoy, Mohammad Mithun, Sunzamul Islam, Abul Hasan Raju and Saif Uddin.



Three teams -- Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe – will play in the seven-match day-night ODI series while host Bangladesh and Sri Lanka play the two Tests and two day-night T20Is to complete the meet.
