'BNP helped Pilkhana killers to escape'

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that a specific team of BNP helped the killers of Pilkhana to escape like the attackers of August 21 grenade attack.

Obaidul Quader made the assertion while addressing reporters after inaugurating Chattogram-Sylhet link road in Kanchpur Bridge area on Saturday morning.

He said, "BNP is frustrated over August 21 verdict. Following the court verdict, it has been proved that who were responsible for the grenade attack."

Aiming Mirza Fakhrul Islam, Obaidul Quader said, "His speech is unrestrained."
