BNP holds meeting with diplomats

Senior Correspondent: The senior leaders of BNP have held a meeting with foreign diplomats to discuss the overall political situation in the country.

The meeting was held at BNP chairperson’s political office in the capital’s Gulshan area on Sunday evening.

BNP leaders declined to say anything about the meeting.

Diplomats from India, Japan, Kuwait, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Italy, UK, Vatican City, Denmark, Canada, Nepal, Australia, Morocco and the Netherlands are present in the meeting.

Among the BNP leaders, Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Moudud Ahmed, Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan and Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury were present at the meeting.
