BNP to bring reformation in quota system: Fakhrul

Senior Correspondent: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam said his party will bring reformation in quota system if the party goes to the power again.

The BNP leader made the disclosure while addressing a press conference at BNP central office in Nayapaltan in the capital on Monday noon.

Meanwhile, expressing concern over the attack on students, he demanded immediate release of the detained students.

Fakhrul said there is no alternation of merit to build the country.

"Quota system will be reformed keeping only quota for children of freedom fighters, women and marginalized ethnic group," he said.
