BNP’s demand for reshuffle in admin is absurd: HT Imam

Staff Correspondent: Brushing aside BNP’s demand for reshuffle in the administration, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's Political Adviser HT Imam said, “BNP’s demand is ridiculous. They have decided to participate in the elections knowing the fact that 11^th parliamentary elections will be held under the partisan government.

HT Imam, also the co-chairman of Awami League Election Steering Committee, made the comment in response to the BNP’s demand after a meeting held at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital’s Agargaon on Sunday.

Earlier, a 10-member delegation of Awami League (AL) sat in a meeting with the Election Commission (EC).

The meeting began around 11:15 am at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital’s Agargaon.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda, other election commissioners and EC secretary were present at the meeting.
