Banani rape: Steps against victims' photo publishers

Staff Correspondent: Steps would be taken against those people are involved in publishing photos of Banani rape victims in social media, said Abdul Baten, Joint Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Branch (DB).
He said this in a press conference at DMP media centre on Saturday.
The briefing was held over the arrest of 16 fake DB members caught from the different places of the capital's Rampura and Ramna police stations.
Asked over the photos went viral in social media, the DB official said those are responsible in the incident would be traced out and brought to the justice. The matter would be inform cyber crime unit very soon.
