Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court has placed Bangabandhu killer Sultan Shahriar Rashid’s son-in-law Fuad Zaman on a three-day remand in an ICT case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Kaisarul Islam passed the order on Thursday.
Earlier, Sub-Inspector (SI) Partha Pratim Brahmachari of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC), also Investigation Officer (IO) of the case, produced Fuad Zaman, 43, before the court and sought remand for seven days.
A team of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit arrested Fuad Zaman in a case filed against him under the ICT act for posting derogatory comments against Bangabandhu on Facebook from Eskaton area on Wednesday night.
