Sports Desk: Bangladesh batsmen surrendered to South African seamers losing nine quick wickets in the second day of the second and final Test at Mangaung Oval on Saturday.

The Tigers started losing wickets from the very beginning and lost the six batsmen within 20 overs for 65 runs.

Earlier, the Proteas, after a superb batting display on day 1 of the second Test, declared on 573/4 with Hashim Amla and Faf du Plessis scoring centuries.

Amla (132 not out) and Du Plessis (135 not out) became the third and fourth centurions of the innings. They joined Dean Elgar and Aiden Markram, who made centuries on the first day.

Bangladesh bowler Subashis Roy took three wickets for 118 runs in the innings.

Earlier, Bangladesh had won the toss and elected to field in the second Test.
