Sports Desk: Bangladesh were bowled out for 143 runs in their first innings during the Sylhet Test against Zimbabwe on Sunday.

The Tigers lost Imrul Kayes (5), Liton Das (9), Nazmul Hossain Shanto (5) and Mahmudullah(0) early in the innings as Zimbabwe attempted to work their way back into the game.

Tendai Chatara picked up the wickets of Liton, Shanto, and Mahmudullah while Kyle Jarvis bowled out Imrul.

Mominul Haque (11) edged a delivery from Sikandar Raza to Zimbabwe captain Hamilton Masakadza after he and Mushfiqur Rahim (31) attempted to rebuild from the poor start.

Mushfiq was then dismissed on 31 by a returning Kyle Jarvis.
Ariful Haque attempted to put up a fight, scoring 41*, but ran out of partners at the other end.

A miscommunication with Abu Jayed brought the Tigers' innings to a close with a run-out.

Chatara and Raza were the leading wicket-takers for the visitors, nabbing three each. Jarvis picked up a couple, while Sean Williams took one.

Earlier, Bangladesh restricted Zimbabwe to 282 runs after the visitors resumed their overnight game of 236. They lost five wickets adding only 21 runs in first session of Second Day.
