Bangladesh lose toss, bat first against Afghanistan

Sports Desk: Afghanistan have won the toss and sent Bangladesh to bat first in the 31th match of the ICC World Cup group game at Southampton in England on Monday.

The match is scheduled to begin at the Rose Bowl stadium around 3:40 pm.

Earlier, the toss was delayed by 10 minutes due to wet outfield.

Bangladesh squad:
Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Liton Das, Mehidy Hasan, Mosaddek Hossain, Mahmudullah, Mohammad Saifuddin, Mashrafe Mortaza (c), Mustafizur Rahman.

Afghanistan squad:
Gulbadin Naib (c), Samiullah Shinwari, Rahmat Shah, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Asghar Afghan, Mohammad Nabi, Najibullah Zadran, Ikram Ali Khil (wk), Rashid Khan, Dawlat Zadran, Mujeeb Ur Rahman.
