Bodies of two militants recovered from Atia Mahal

Sylhet Correspondent: The bodies of two militants, who blew themselves up at Atia Mahal in Sylhet's Shibbari during 'Operation Twilight', were recovered on Monday afternoon.

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) recovered the bodies and sent to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital morgue.

Earlier, a team of bomb disposal unit went to the house around 9:00am and returned to RAB-9 office. Later, they again entered into the house at 1:10pm with a team of fire service and an ambulance.

On March 24, early morning police acting on tip-off cordoned off the building and later special force SWAT joined them. Meanwhile, a commando team of Army started the ‘Operation Twilight’ that had killed four extremists.
